The Way Through

My work and the programs I offer are trauma and somatically informed, emotion focused and experiential. They are led by my understanding of the healing force, which has transformed my life and the many people I’ve guided over the past 20 years. This healing drive, as it’s been described, is an inner motivation to heal and grow toward self-integration, and it is available for everyone to harness.
The aims of my work include helping individuals develop:

-
Greater self-trust, empathy and worth
-
Better relationships through compassionate communication and body centered listening
-
Understanding of personal needs and desires
-
The capacity to soothe and heal the nervous system
-
Addressing and working through feelings of confusion (feeling lost or overwhelmed with life)
-
Healing feelings of shame and inadequacy
-
Improving reactions and triggers with difficult people and situations
-
Expanding individuals’ capacity to feel loved, seen and known
-
To bring greater peace, creativity, play and self-expression into our lives
