Join us for a transformative half-day retreat designed to cultivate greater inner peace, emotional balance, and a deeper connection with yourself.

Throughout this experience, we will explore emotional mindfulness and emotion regulation strategies that empower you to take charge of your well-being. You’ll discover practical tools for emotional self-care, learn to set healthy boundaries, and practice self-compassion—key elements for reducing stress, enhancing your mood, and nurturing greater love and self-acceptance. These skills will also help you navigate life's challenges with grace and resilience.

 

Teachings throughout the day are rooted in attachment theory, somatic and nervous system practices, as well as mindfulness and therapy-based techniques, providing you with a holistic approach to emotional well-being.

What we explore throughout the day...

In this half-day retreat, we will explore how to identify and work with different emotions through mindfulness practices. We will also examine our true needs during these moments and how to apply mindfulness and emotion regulation skills.

We will explore situations that trigger reactivity and discuss strategies for navigating and responding to these challenges more effectively.

​

Additionally, we will address the importance of boundaries in our lives and how to establish healthy boundaries to enhance our well-being and relationships.

​

Finally, we will explore self-compassion—what it is and how to integrate it into our lives for improved mood, stress reduction, and greater acceptance and peace. Self-compassion exercises will be provided.

I have been a psychotherapist for over 20 years and have extensive experience in helping individuals with mindfulness and emotion & nervous system regulation to enhance mood and transform the quality of their lives. 

I am honored to guide and support you on your journey, ​with practices for integrating all of your parts, and living more fully from your core Self. When we do this, we can experience greater peace and love within ourselves, our relationships, and with the world.
